// Process

How we build.

Four stages, two-week sprints, working software every iteration. No surprises, no scope creep by default.

01

1–2 weeks

Discovery & Scoping

We start with a structured kick-off: your business context, technical constraints, existing systems, and success criteria. We produce a written scope document you sign before a single line of code is written. This is the most important thing we do — a clear brief prevents expensive mid-project pivots.

// Deliverable

Signed scope document, risk register, timeline with milestones.

02

1–3 weeks

Design & Architecture

We design the system before we build it. Depending on scope, this covers UX wireframes, UI mockups, API contracts, data models, and infrastructure diagrams. You review and approve before we start building. Changes are cheap at this stage; late-stage changes are expensive.

// Deliverable

Design files, architecture diagram, approved API contract.

03

4–16 weeks

Build & Iterate

We work in two-week sprints and ship a demo every sprint. You see real, working software early and regularly — not just a progress report. Feedback loops are tight. If priorities shift, we adjust scope; we don't blow the timeline to accommodate scope creep without discussion.

// Deliverable

Working software, sprint retrospective notes, updated backlog.

04

1–2 weeks

Launch & Handover

We handle deployment, run load tests, set up monitoring and alerting, and write the runbook your team needs to operate the system. You own the source code, credentials, and documentation from day one. Maintenance retainer is optional — you are never locked in.

// Deliverable

Production deployment, runbook, source code transfer, training session.

// Why This Works

Fewer hand-offs means fewer errors.

01

One team, start to finish

The same senior engineers who scope your project also build it. No handoff between sales and delivery, no junior-heavy delivery team.

02

You own everything

Code, credentials, documentation, hosting — all yours from day one. No vendor lock-in by design.

03

Written before built

Every project starts with a signed scope document. Changes cost money and time: we document that clearly before any work begins.
