2. What data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it or when it is technically necessary to deliver this website.

2.1 Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type selection, and message content. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: 24 months from date of submission.

2.2 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 is loaded only after you provide explicit consent via our cookie consent banner. If you refuse consent, no GA4 scripts are loaded and no analytics data is collected about your visit. Purpose: website performance measurement. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: 14 months.

2.3 Essential cookies

This site sets a small number of technically essential cookies required for the site to function correctly (e.g., cookie consent preference record, session state). These are not used for tracking or advertising. They cannot be disabled.

2.4 Server logs

Our hosting provider maintains standard access logs (IP address, request timestamp, URL, response code, user agent). Logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not use server logs to identify individual visitors.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only for the purposes stated above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in section 4. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who has access to your data

4.1 Within Prime Digital Labs: Team members who handle client enquiries and website operations.

4.2 Service providers (processors): Google Analytics (analytics — see §2.2). Hosting provider: OVH SAS — 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. All processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.

4.3 Legal obligations: We may disclose personal data when required by law or by a lawful order of a French or EU court or authority.

5. International data transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) — for example, to Google's infrastructure in the United States — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Article 46 GDPR).
